#1 Video Converter will automaticly use the video decoder that installed on your computer. But sometimes, when you convert a file, the specific decoder was not installed or bad. To ensure all the formats can be read, played, and converted, please download the video decoder package required. Below list is the formats and its corresponding required codecs.

Windows Media Format Runtime - Convert WMV format (required for wmv formats).

QuickTime - Play MOV format.
